As a result of the project, a two-storey house project was created, which presupposes the residence of a family consisting of five people, with the possibility of accommodating guests in the guest room located on the second floor and in the relaxation room with a bath.

The design was based on a combination of laconic geometry and large open areas of glazing.
This technique helped to create a composite game of mass and space, to provide rooms with natural lighting and to "tie" the space of the house with the terrain of the site.
The designer's decision of an individual apartment house leaves the owner with space for creativity, since it is designed in such a way as to give the opportunity to change the layout.
